Joan Watson was efficient, respectful, and patient. Joan responded to my phone calls quickly. We had some scheduling conflicts and she worked with me with a successful result. Joan traveled to my mother’s home and clearly explained the procedure. She notarized a POA document for my 97 year-old mother that included six signatures.
